NEW - What Do You Think Questionnaires
Working closely with Wakefield and Bradford YOTs we have produced a 'What Do You Think?' questionnaire designed to be completed by the young person, assisted by YOT staff.

As part of the preparation for inspection it is important to ensure that case files reflect the work that is being done with young people. This easy-to-use document will assist staff in gaining their views and incorporating them into their assessment in an accurate and effective way. The questions reflect exactly what is on YOIS, in exactly the same order. Using this will help in the transfer of the information to the electronic case file and improve the number of ‘What Do You Think?’ questionnaires that are present on YOIS.
